Estrella Northway: === it has never been possible to repair any line with pressure and especially water .. you will have to cut off the water to repair the line ... is it possible that the line is for the garden sprinkler system,,,, if the driveway is concrete you need a pro plumber to fix and probably re-place the pipe that runs under the driveway....
Dallas Bartolini: If you can get to the leak you may be able to cutup an old inner tube into strips three or four inches wide and wrap the pipe with a couple of layers and then take several hose clamps and clamp the strip to the pipe.
