Soraya Coodey: I'm not aware of any strictly vegan restaurants, but there is a vegetarian restaurant in SLC called Sage's. Never been there personally, but I have heard that their food is great.

Tory Clapper: Sage's Cafe at 473 E 300 South. Their website: http://sagescafe.com/ You probably need to go either early or late though, since they don't take reservations.The other vegan place in town, The Vertical Diner, is more casual than Sage's.
