How should I decorate my room?

Marvella Benward: If you're girly, a light lavender or pink would be a good color for the walls. Light colors are great because they're easy to cover up when you want to paint it again, they're soothing, and they make the room seem bigger. Designs are also good. Stripes, or checkers, even polka dots if you feel like it. Another thing is to paint one wall a brighter or different color than the rest. Decorate the walls with some posters of your favorite bands, musicians, movies, ect. Get a bulletin board and hang things up, like photos of your friends and family, pictures cut from magazines, or whatever! Get some new bedsheets and furniture to match the theme of the room. A few throw pillows, stuffed animals, ect. make your bed look awesome! Door beads or a bed canopy are really cool, too. Get a side table to tie into the color of the walls (like, if you painted the walls pink, get a purple table.) A desk, a book case, ect. These are j! ust a few ideas!
