Do the polls make undecided voters want to vote for the one who's losing or the one winning?

Curtis Josef: The polls are a POLL of what certain people say in certain areas. It does not, however, directly reflect what the outcome of an election will be. Candidates who have been ahead in the polls have won before, just as candidates who have been behind in the polls have won before. You can't really base any real fact on the polls.
